Problems?
---------
If you encounter program termination with an error code ( i.e. Exception
0001 ), you have one of the following problems:
0001 : Memory Allocation Error : There is not enough available memory to
run BACKLASH. BACKLASH requires 500k free conventional memory and
750k available extended or expanded memory. Refer to the MS-DOS manual
for information on making more memory available.
0002 : Missing Resource File : A file required by the program is missing.
Re-install the software to fix the problem. If that does not fix the
problem, get a new copy of the release.
0010 : Corrupted Resource File : The contents of one of the files has
been corrupted. Re-install the software to fix the problem. If that
does not fix the problem, get a new copy of the release.
Other error numbers indicate an internal problem that can only be fixed
by updating the software.
Configuring a Sound Card

BACKLASH only supports 100% SoundBlaster compatible sound cards. Some cards
require special configuration in order to set up "SoundBlaster Compatibility
Mode". Refer to the sound card documentation for more details.
